How do you turn your dreams and goals into reality. There are many answers to this one, and many people have many formulas, but there is one to me that sticks out of the rest, which is RPA.

R is for results, P is for purpose and the A is for Action.

Results - when a situation arises you need to ask yourself, what is the results that I want out of this situation? Write it down, make it clear.

Purpose - what purpose is there in getting these results? Write it down and make it clear.

Action - this is the last step - write down what actions you need to get the results you want. These little action steps combined with the goal-setting will really get you there.
